TENEBRO sign with Xtreem Music and reveal their 1st single

Italian horror death metallers TENEBRO sign with Xtreem Music for their debut album to be released next summer. The band will see their debut “Demo 2019” plus the new released cassette EP “Liberaci dal Male”, both on CD format on February 23rd through Xtreem Music.

TENEBRO is a Horror Glorifying Death Metal band from Italy. Inspired and influenced by Italian horror cult movies from the 70/80’s. The horrendous concept comes from Il Beccamorto’s (aka Mortician in English) long-lived family business of funeral directors which they are handing down since 1949.

After some problems and due to illegal activities of their early line-up, they never officially recorded anything. Il Becchino has been forced to stop immediately the project. During last years, he started to write music again that was recorded in 2019 with the help of Il Beccamorto. So, “Demo 2019” was born in March of the same year.

After a short time from the release, Il Beccamorto officially joined to the band. TENEBRO just released a new 3-song EP called “Liberaci dal Male” on cassette format on December 25th, 2020 and will be released on CD format together with “Demo 2019” in February 2021 through Xtreem Music.

Los Males Del Mundo – “Descent Towards Death”

Label: Northern Silence Productions
Format: CD | DIGITAL
Country: Argentina

Los Males Del Mundo combines today’s modern Black Metal sound and late 90’s melodic Black Metal with lyrics deeply influenced by Friedrich Nietzsche, Emil Cioran and A. Schopenhauer.

The band was first created in 2016 as a project between Dany Tee (Acathexis, Downfall of Nur) and Cristian Yans. Nikita Kamprad (Der Weg Einer Freiheit) later joined as a producer and guest musician.

In October 2020 a promotional self-titled EP with two tracks was released through Bandcamp.

Their first full length album, “Descent Towards Death,” containing 5 tracks of 40 minutes length, is an invitation to a conceptual journey, dragging the listener into the darkest and remotest places of the human soul. It reflects an internal battle, expressed as changes between aggressive and furious passages on the one hand, and dense and introspective landscapes full of melancholic melodies on the other.

1. Falling Into Nothing (12:12)
2. The Silent Agony (8:28)
3. Eternal Circle Of Vain Efforts (5:16)
4. Nothing But A Lie (4:56)
5. The Heavy Burden (10:00)

Guitars : Cristian Yans
Vocals, Lyrics, Drums : Dany Tee (Downfall of Nur, Acathexis)
Bass (Guest musician) : Nikita Kamprad (Der Weg Einer Freiheit)

APOTHEUS release new video for “Save Our Ship”

Portuguese melodic death metal titans APOTHEUS have released a new video for “Save Our Ship”, which is taken off from their latest release”The Far Star”. Heavily inspired from Asimov sci-fi stories, Apotheus creates their own world which they describe in music and in a physical book. With the global pandemic, withdrawn from the stages, the band enters Redbox studios studio to record an raw intimate performance.

“”Save Our Ship” is a song about obstacles, however it is also about overcoming those same obstacles. We think that, given the circumstances in which we currently live, this topic becomes even more relevant. This song comes from our latest “The Far Star” and is a part of a more comprehensive story. In this story, as in real life, obstacles become part of what defines us. We too, in the present, will have to overcome this obstacle that haunts us now so much. We need to learn from it, and make our future a brighter one. As a way of lamenting, but never giving up, we decided to put our uniforms aside and record our most raw and heartfelt performance to date.”
